Bringing together urban and rural stakeholders with very different lenses on food systems, sovereignty and sustainability to answer commonly held questions and goals around sustainable beef. Research involved interviews with stakeholders, researchers and policy makers to reveal systems encumbered by limited understanding of the research methods and land management policy implications of the other stakeholder group as well as recommendations for reaching common goals through other strategies such as Ecosystem Services Analysis.
